Cooper Union Stops Full Grants for Undergraduate Students.

Cooper Union known as Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, One of the last free college, decides to charge undergraduate tuition. The Cooper Union previously granted each admitted student a full-tuition scholarship. However, due to financial concerns, that policy has been eliminated at April 23, 2013.
