Tuition and Living Cost Comparison between State-Owned Universities in Pennsylvania

In Pennsylvania, 14 universities are state-owned. These schools are members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) which is the largest provider of higher education in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a large public university system in the United States. [source: wiki] It is the tenth-largest university system in the United States and 43rd largest in the world.

These schools are, of course, all public schools and 4 years or high level universities. They offer BS degree and MS degree but no schools have doctorate program. Some of them has associate degree or certificate program. They commonly have campus housing (dormitory) and offer online class (distance of learning).
