The average SAT score of the schools is 1,545 and Massachusetts Institute of Technology has the highest SAT score with 1,560.

Tuition and Living Cost Comparison between State-Owned Universities in Pennsylvania

In Pennsylvania, 14 universities are state-owned. These schools are members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) which is the largest provider of higher education in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a large public university system in the United States.
